Our Facilities

The nursery has a lift access to all floors. On the ground floor, we have two baby rooms, a music room, a messy playroom for babies and a nappy changing area. On the middle floor, we have three toddlers’ room, one large messy room, one soft play room and six toilet facilities for toddlers. There are also two nappy changing areas for the toddlers. The top floor is dedicated to preschool children. We have two rooms, dance and sensory with attached toilets and wash handbasin.

The nursery has a large outdoor facility which has an enclosed play area and a secret garden. The secret garden has two play houses, one for role-play and the other is a cosy corner for the children to relax.

The secret garden consists of a willow tunnel, Gruffalo bridge from the Billy Goat Gruff story, and a wobbly bridge which is all linked by a pathway. There is also two planting areas in the garden where the children grow their vegetables.

The grass area in the garden which is covered with the large trees, is an ideal shaded area in the summer for the children to relax. We have deck area where the children can do singing and dancing where their friends can sit and watch their performance. We have a digging and planting area where the children go and dig and they learn about different types of plant and the growing stages. We have variety of resources which children use to play in the garden.

There is a continuous provision of water and sand area which help to develop their understanding of shapes, space and measures on the mathematics development (EYFS). The garden has a slide which helps the children to promote their physical and motor skills development.

There is writing and drawing area where the children can draw and make marks, this aids their fine motor skills, literacy skills and expressive arts and designs development (EYFS). We also have large bikes and small bikes for different age of children to assist their physical skills development.
